As this Chapter draws its regular members from throughout Ohio, meetings will be held at least quarterly. Meetings may be held more frequently, but business that requires a vote shall be confined to one of four established quarterly meetings. Decisions will be generally reached by consensus. If that is impossible, the President may call for a vote which will require a simple majority unless the By-laws stipulate otherwise. Other functions may be held as the leadership and membership deem appropriate
